Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be a nice option, with a spacious suite perfect for family gatherings. However, the dining experience was disappointing, with limited menu choices and slow service. The hot tub was enjoyable, but the facilities showed signs of wear and could use more attention to cleanliness.
The hotel feels luxurious and offers beautiful views, perfect for a family retreat. The rooms are spacious, accommodating larger groups with ease. However, the service level was lacking during my stay, especially regarding responsiveness. Dining options could also be improved as not every meal was up to par, making it a mixed experience overall.
The hotel has a convenient location close to skiing and dining options, making it easy to explore the area. My room was spacious and had great kitchen facilities, but some amenities felt outdated and could use improvement, particularly housekeeping services. While I enjoyed the hot tub experience after a long day of skiing, the overall value did not quite meet my expectations.
My stay at The Steamboat Grand left me with mixed feelings. The views from the room were stunning, especially the ones looking at the gondola and mountain, but I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The dining at The Cabin restaurant was frustratingly slow, impacting our first evening, even though the hotel shuttle service was quite convenient. On the whole, some facilities were impressive, but others seemed quite outdated and in need of attention.
The hotel offers a prime location near skiing and includes a great hot tub, but unfortunately, it falls short in various services and room amenities. The rooms can be quite dark, lacking adequate lighting, and the dining experience suffers from slow service despite decent food quality. Additionally, the lack of convenience items like vending machines adds to the frustration. Overall, while there are positives such as the hot tub and location, the experience may not justify the price.
